VERY IMPORTANT NOTE
To substantiate your claim for admission as a member, please enclose proofs and record in detail on separate sheet indicating your work experience in the profession as an employee, as a consultant, membership of various associations, positions held, major projects handled, papers written, articles presented, registered with financial institutions, government departments, allied value added services, sponsorers if any, approximate professional fees received as a valuer during the previous two years, etc.
UNDERTAKING
The undersigned hereby promises that in the event of my application for membership being accepted, I shall as a member of the association abide by all rules, regulations and bye-laws of the association as they may in force from time to time or as amended by the association in future. In the even of my regulations or bye laws in force, I shall cease to be a member of the associations.

2. I also undertake to pay all the dues of the association pertaining to fees, subscription etc. which may be levied by the association towards its members.
3. In the event of any dispute between me (an individual member) an the association (a body) the court of jurisdiction will remain Mumbai only.
